Vicar
St John’s Over is in Winsford, a growing industrial/commuter town in mid Cheshire.
We are a conservative evangelical church looking for a new vicar who will share our vision of
‘Growing People in Christ’
through knowing his truth, showing his love, and sharing his gospel.
Having issued a letter of request under the House of Bishop’s declaration, we seek a man:
- whose theological stance will be reformed evangelical
- whose life and teaching ministry is rooted in the Bible
- who has a heart for evangelism, the community and the lost
- who is thoroughly prayer based and Holy Spirit led
- who shows love and leadership of their family (if applicable) and a godly character
- who is an enabling leader with a vision to grow others in their faith
