Safeguarding training for those following the Leadership PathwayThe Leadership Pathway is about leadership and cultural change. Participants should be those who play a lead role in shaping the culture of the Church body concerned. This will usually include:
- Anyone holding the Bishop's licence, commission. authorisation or permission
- Cathedral Canons (who are not engaged in the Senior Leadership Pathway)
- Safeguarding Officers in all Church bodies
- Honorary Bishops
This training course is split into two online sessions on Wednesday 17 November and Wednesday 24 November, both commencing at 7pm and lasting 90 minutes. You only need to make this one booking to secure both dates.
Attendance at both, along with completion of the preparation tasks before each session are essential in order to be issued with a certificate.
Please note- If you are attending a Leadership course for the first time it is a requirement that you complete the online Safeguarding Foundation course beforehand. This can be accessed here.
Further information will be issued to delegates two weeks prior to the course date.
