Basic Ground Rules for School Club Volunteers
Perhaps you have some new volunteers going in to your local school to help run a lunchtime or after-school club. What are the things you would expect them to know? How would you expect them to behave? And to speak? These are challenging areas, especially where young or inexperienced volunteers are concerned.
I hope that this document might help. It’s a few basic ground rules to share with volunteers, youth club leaders and anybody who is going in to your local schools to run clubs.
