What is the nature of God?
On Trinity Sunday Archdeacon Ian reminds us that God is the Father, God, and the Holy Spirit. It's in this shared commitment of one God in three persons that we find a model for a supportive, affirming, encouraging, life-giving body that we call Church.
Through the Trinity, we are shaped. God is love, service, community, and equality.
Archdeacon Ian says: "However physically isolated you might be this Trinity Sunday, whoever you are or whatever you may have done, know that the God of love wraps you in love and enfolds you in his community and draws you close that we may all be one cross-shaped, community-shaped people of God."
