The postholder will be a skilled and experienced organist, accompanist and choir director who can bring out the best in all. Jesus said, “I am the way..” and the quality of relationships is part of our witness and so the new Director of Music will be as good with people as they are with music
The new person will understand worship, liturgy and the role of music within it and particularly how that act of worship facilitates discipleship and church growth.
As we hope and expect the post will, in time, involve work with people from across the church family, an appointment will be subject to the appropriate safe recruitment criteria.
