Wallasey Unleashed is an online TV broadcaster on YouTube. They produce their own unique content from a well-equipped studio and also out on the streets in Wallasey.
On Friday 27 November, the Revd Elaine White, curate in Liscard, Wallasey and her team, broadcast for the first time. YOu can watch a recording of the live stream again on YouTube.
The aim of Wallasey Unleashed is to celebrate the local area and draw attention to talent, amusing stories, and community action groups.
The project was born out of a vision to provide alternative media TV shows online that focussed on local concerns and celebrated local culture. They believe that the wonderful people of Wallasey deserve to be unleashed on the world.
A group of five make up the core team that forms 'Wallasey Unleashed'. They are mostly clergy, though not all, but are united in wanting to bring some entertaining content, with a light touch of Christianity to the local area.
