The podcast, called Chester Box, launched in June and is completely free. Content includes interviews and discussions about the lockdown, work, faith and mission, are much more is in the pipeline.

Recent episodes have been put together by a diocesan working group that wanted to explore through a series of conversations how Christians across the Diocese of Chester are living out their faith in everyday life.

The latest episode, presented by Archdeacon Mike Gilbertson, is a discussion about the workplace and faith during a pandemic.

Archdeacon Mike says: "There has been a concerted effort to persuade people to return to the office in recent weeks, and as Christians, the workplace is somewhere we can actively live out our faith. But what has the pandemic meant for our working lives, what have been the challenges and adjustments we've had to make, and how has it impacted on our everyday faith at work?"

Archdeacon Mike was joined by four guests, including Kathryn Magiera, Head Teacher of Witton Church Walk Primary School; Simon Wain, Train Conductor on the Trans-Pennine Express; Gemma Harrop, Reporting Radiographer at Tameside Hospital; and the Revd Dr Jenny McKay, Veterinary Pathologist and curate at St Mary's, Great Budworth.

You can listen for free on Spotify and you are not required to sign up. However, signing up for a free Spotify account and "following" the podcast will mean you are updated directly as and when new content is published.
