Bishop Mark is interviewed by BBC Radio

Following the confirmation of election service earlier in the week, Bishop Mark Tanner is interviewed for the first time in his official role as the Bishop of Chester.

The interview was part of BBC Radio Merseyside's  Sunday Breakfast Show, which aired at 6am on 19 July 2020.

Mark talked about his passion for motorbikes and how he rides for 'Blood Bikes'. When asked by the host of the show, Helen Jones, "What is the single most important job you have to do?" Bishop Mark begins by saying: "Keep us looking outward..."

You can hear what he went on to say in the full interview below.

If you'd like to hear the show in full, you can listen again on the BBC website here.
