RSCM Area Festival

This is the Royal School of Church Music Annual Area Festival at which choristers from all over the diocese and beyond can come and sing music from ‘God’s Church for God’s World’. Form up in the South Transept between 1.30pm and 2pm; Rehearsal starts at 2pm; Service is at 5.30pm. This will be directed by Cathy Lamb - our first female director (for more details check out her website cathylamborganist.co.uk) Robed, unrobed choirs (you don’t have to be an affiliated church or choir) and individuals are more than welcome. All you need is a copy of the service book - obtainable from RSCM Shop. Area rehearsals to be confirmed nearer the time, check the RSCM website for more details or contact the Area Secretary Karen Salisbury.
