A page for those who are employed in the diocese to work with children, young people or families. |
|
| The Diocesan youth and children's officers have specific opportunities for those who are employed by parishes in the diocese with a specific focus on youth, children or families. This page highlights resources and events that will be of interest to those who work in the area and we would love feedback on what you would like to see here. | |

Other Opportunities |
| The employed workers
days has been in existence (in one from or another) for nearly ten years, the aim is to bring
together people in similar jobs from across the Diocese to network, worship
and take time out and reflect on parish life. The Employed workers days are designed to be a time of networking and input on subjects relevant to you as a Christian minister and/or your practice with children and young people. Each day starts with a bible introduction and then has input on the topic of the day from various experienced practitioners. A long lunch (provided) gives you the opportunity to network with other workers in the Diocese. At Christmas the Day revolves around a Christmas meal. Employed Workers Day Information, encouragement, sharing ideas and worship 10 am to 3 pm Monday 10 March 2008 at Frandley Meeting House (north of Northwich, 2 miles from M56 Jn 10).
