Leaders: DIOCESAN OFFICERS FROM MANCHESTER AND LIVERPOOL
Course Time: 9.00 am – 3.30 pm
Cost: £120 (£90 TO THOSE WHO HAVE BOUGHT INTO THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT)

Course Aims:
To give participants the building blocks upon which to develop their own vision of leading a church school (primary or secondary).
To give practical help and support in applying for leadership posts.
During the day participants will:
Explore what makes Church of England Schools distinctive
Reflect on what this means in practice for the day to day life of the school
Listen to a Church of England headteacher talk about what leadership means to them.
Gain some innovative ideas for church school links and worship
Receive materials on spirituality across the curriculum and making display work value laden.
Gain practical advice in applying for posts.
