Continuing Ministerial Development (CMD)

	The focus of Continuing Ministerial Development (CMD) is the developing of licensed ministers so that they are equipped to stimulate and enable the whole Church to participate more fully in the mission of God in the world. The CMD Officer resources various training events, conferences, sabbaticals, offers consultative support, mentoring and coaching when requested and facilitates learning networks (eg the Arts & Faith Network).
