Jane is a professional counsellor and co-ordinates the counselling service and provides help, advice and consultancy for clergy and lay workers in pastoral situations, especially with regard to mental health issues. Jane is also keen to promote and develop a range of strategies for clergy and their families to promote good mental health and well being. Lay Chaplain for Deaf and Disabled People - Gail Robinson Gail is PCC secretary at St John the Evangelist's Church in Macclesfield where she has personal experience of physical disability, one of her daughters has a rare muscle disorder called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita and is a wheelchair user. Family Life Officer – Ruth Mock Ruth, an experienced primary school teacher, has been the children’s and families worker at St Barnabas Church in Macclesfield. A mother of three boys, aged from 10 to 14, she is married to the Revd David Mock, Vicar of All Saints and St Barnabas Church in the town. Ruth will be advising and resourcing parishes as they work with families. Ruth works part time, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
