About us
David Bell is the Adviser for Ministry among Children. Before coming to work for Chester Diocese in 2006, David was a freelance writer and editor producing children’s and other resources for Christian agencies. He lives in Old Trafford, Manchester.
Sandra James is the first point of contact in the office at Church House. Sandra has been on the Church House staff since 1989. She is responsible for administration including the resource library and event bookings.
The Diocesan Children's Committee meets to plan strategy and help deliver support to churches.
