undefinedAll Saints Church, Crewe will this autumn hold an ‘Artsfest' – featuring live music, a great variety of artwork (some for sale) and craft stalls. The event will also offer craft demonstrations, substantial refreshments, and a ‘make and take' arts and craft session for youngsters.

The festival will be on at the church in Stewart Street, CW2 8LX on Friday and Saturday 10 and 11 October from 10am to 6pm. It’s the third such arts event the parish has hosted.

Among the many artists and performers taking part will be Mark Sheeky, Jill Addlington, Gill Fox, All Saint’s own music group, plus members of Crewe Male Voice choir. There will also be drama and art by local schools on display, plus face-painting, sculpture and poetry.

Admission to 'Artsfest' will be £1 for adults and 50p for children. Proceeds will go towards St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice and parish funds.

Vicar, the Revd Steve Clapham said: “It will be great fun. Do come and join us. The event is community-focussed to celebrate creativity as well as demonstrate local artists’ pictures, paintings, sculptures, crafts and more.”
