In the first 4 years after ordination, clergy are part of a programme of Initial Ministerial Training (IMT - known in many Diocese as CME 1-4). The IMT programme is designed to prepare curates for taking on responsibility at incumbent level - to grow and develop their gifts by building on the work done in their training at theological college or course.
Rev Dr Paul Smith is the IMT Officer and is also Vicar of Shocklach and Tilston.
