Life Expectancy Wirral continues to pair churches through its Pairing Programme. The Pairing Programme is about building relationships between churches so that they with others can respond to the issues surrounding the unacceptable differentiation in life expectancy on the Wirral.
To put it another way, “You discover there is something that can be done and the return for those involved is more amazing than anybody anticipated at the start.” (Church member from existing pair)
We are holding a meeting on Monday 24 September 7.30 – 9.15 at The Bank, 137 Ford Road, Upton Village, CH49 0TE for all those churches that have asked to be paired.
If you are interested in finding out more about pairing or would like to attend the meeting, please email Wendy Robertson (or tel: 07799267066) in the first instance, who will be happy to explain more about the process before the meeting in September.
The evening is an opportunity to hear from churches in existing pairs and to meet churches with which you could be paired. You are very welcome.
