All retired clergy, wives and widows in or from the Chester Diocese are invited.

10.00 Coffee and biscuits (Payment for lunch will be collected during coffee time)
10 30 Holy Communion
11.15 Talk - Canon Trevor Dennis has accepted an invitation to be our speaker and will share something of the link with a Russian Parish.
12 45 Lunch - Cost £4
Creamed Pork With Potatoes And Vegetables, Apple Pie And Cream followed with tea/coffee (If you have any dietary needs please inform me as soon as possible.) If you would like to book lunch please return the response form below by 6th October 2012 at the latest.
2. Catering for Lunch
Again we are grateful for the wonderful meals and thoughtful preparation of the menu provided by Sybil Renwick and her helpers. If you or your spouse would be willing to help with the catering – please would you contact Sybil Renwick tel 0151 342 3308. Help to set up, lay and clear tables and serve coffee would also be most welcome – if you are willing, please arrive a little early on the day.
3. Subscriptions
Our Annual Subscription was due in March. It remains at £5 for all clergy (male and female). Clergy Widows and Spouses are not asked to make a contribution. If you did not pay your subscription in March, then you can pay our treasurer, Rev Sidney Gilbert, on the day
4. Our Spring meeting in 2013 will be on Tuesday 5th March.
Our speaker will be the Bishop of Chester.
