  Training for new Churchwardens
We are arranging a morning of training specifically for new Churchwardens. If you are starting out as a warden this year, you are very welcome to attend. It will be held in the Veranda Room at St Peter’s House, next to St Peter’s Hale, on Saturday 16 June. The morning will start at 10.00am and will include input from both archdeacons, experienced churchwardens who have been doing the job for years and staff from Church House. A buffet lunch will be provided at the end of the morning. If you’re a new warden do try and make this a priority. To book your place, please contact Pat Pugh (01260 272875).

The Diocese of Chester Environment group would like to encourage churches and congregations to support Environment Sunday, either on the Sunday near World Environment Day (5 June) or any other day that may be more suitable to your particular church's situation.  To help you, A Rocha UK has produced a range of excellent themed resources for use in worship and teaching.
